I designed a four-module training program on leading multicultural teams, collaborating with an expert to create realistic, task-centered scenarios.
Leaders needed practical tools to navigate cultural differences and manage diverse teams more effectively. The training addressed gaps in cultural competence that often lead to misunderstandings, disengagement, or team inefficiency.
I broke down key competencies into scenarios that mirror real-world challenges in multicultural environments. This included tasks related to communication styles, conflict resolution, decision-making, and team alignment across cultures.
I structured the course into four progressive modules using task-centered design and expert collaboration. Each scenario encouraged critical thinking and applied knowledge, reinforcing skills through practice, reflection, and feedback.
Creating scenarios that felt both authentic and inclusive required deep collaboration and cultural nuance. The final product effectively bridged theory and practice, helping leaders apply strategies with greater confidence and cultural sensitivity.
