I designed a comprehensive four-module training program focused on leading multicultural teams, aiming to equip learners with the skills and strategies needed to manage and collaborate effectively in diverse environments. To ensure the program was both engaging and practical, I collaborated with an expert in the field to create realistic, task-centered scenarios that reflected common challenges faced by leaders in multicultural settings. These scenarios were carefully crafted to encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and cultural awareness, allowing participants to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts. The program was structured to gradually build the necessary competencies, providing a thorough understanding of how to navigate cultural differences and lead diverse teams with confidence and inclusivity.
